چکیده

The Belle II experiment is a high-energy physics at the SuperKEKB electron-positron collider. Using data, high precision measurement of rare decays and CP-violation in heavy quarks leptons can be performed to probe New Physics. In this paper, we present archiver system used store monitoring data detector discuss particular how maintain that archives process variables subdetectors. We currently save about 26 thousand including temperature various subdetectors components, status water leak sensors, voltage power supply status, acquisition luminosity information colliding beams. For stable taking, it essential collect archive these variables. ensure availability consistency all from subdetector other systems, as well itself are consistent regularly updated. To cope with possible hardware failure, prepared backup synchronized main archiver.

The Belle Silicon Vertex Detector

The silicon vertex detector of the Belle experiment has been built to provide the vertex information of B meson decays at the KEKB accelerator. It consists of three cylindrical layers of double sided, double metal silicon sensors read out by VA1 chips. The analog signals are transmitted to a system of fast analog-to-digital converters and are reduced on a system based on Motorola Digital Signal...

A Novel Pixel Vertex Detector for the Belle II Experiment at SuperKEKB

At the KEK laboratory in Tsukuba, Japan, the upgrade of KEKB to “SuperKEKB” has started. Due to the much higher backgrounds expected at SuperKEKB, a massive upgrade of the Belle detector (“Belle II”) is in progress as well. For the innermost layers, close to the beam pipe, strip sensors will not work anymore due to the large occupancies, and a pixel detector becomes mandatory for Belle II. We r...

Status of KEKB accelerator and detector, BELLE

The KEK B-Factory, KEKB, is an asymmetric energy collider with 8 GeV electron and 3.5 GeV positron beams built in the 3 km long TRISTAN tunnel of KEK (Figure 1). One of the physics goals of this facility is to make a detailed study of the B-meson, in particular to observe possible CP violation effects in its decay. The energy difference between the electron and positron beams gives a boost to t...

The DEPFET pixel detector for the Belle II experiment at SuperKEKB

A pixel detector built with the DEPFET technology will be used for the two innermost layers of the Belle II experiment at the e+e− SuperKEKB collider at KEK. The physics goals of the experiment impose challenging requirements to the design of the pixel detector in terms of performance, material budget and power consumption. The DEPFET technology has proven to be a suitable solution for the Bell...

A control and readout system for the BELLE silicon vertex detector

A newly developed system for the control and readout of the BELLE silicon vertex detector (SVD) is described. The system is designed to meet the mechanical, electrical, and thermal requirements imposed by the BELLE detector. Its primary purpose is the ampli"cation of analog signals from the VA1 front-end integrated circuits, which are used to read the silicon-strip detectors. It also provides a...
